The Achievers’ Crew has commended the reigning monarch of Igbogbo Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Semiu Orimadegun Kasali, Emugoriade I, the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo, for the advancement of Igbogbo’s lost glory.
The community –based, developmental, socio –political grouo, lauded Oba Kasali who was a state counsel before ascending the throne of his forebears for cultural revival, infrastructural development, peace and tourism advancement in Igbogbo in the last ten years of his reign.
Achievers gave the commendations to Oba Kasali in a statement signed by its Board of Trustees (BoT), on Tuesday, in commemoration of the monarch’s birthday.

”Your Majesty, in the ten years since you ascended the revered stool of your forebears, Igbogbo Kingdom has witnessed a true reawakening of its glory. You have proven to be more than a custodian of tradition; you are a legal luminary par excellence, a visionary leader, and an unrepentant advocate of progress and development.
“Your developmental strides, from youth empowerment to cultural preservation and infrastructural advocacy, have repositioned Igbogbo as a beacon of peace, unity and advancement in Ikorodu Division and Lagos State at large”.
The group added: “Your reign has been characterized by wisdom, justice, humility and uncommon grace. You have blended the dignity of the ancient throne with the dynamism of modern leadership, opening the doors of the kingdom to opportunities, while preserving the sacred values that define us as a people. Indeed, Igbogbo is blessed to have you as its royal father.
”As you celebrate another glorious year on earth, we pray that Almighty God will continue to grant you sound health, divine wisdom, long life and abundant joy. May your reign continue to usher in good tidings, unprecedented blessings, peace and prosperity to the entire Igbogbo Kingdom and its sons and daughters at home and in the diaspora.
